When will my order get here?

 

You get free ground shipping on every order, which takes 3-5 days. 

If you need it faster, upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight and it’ll be delivered in two days or overnight (go figure). Keep in mind that orders placed after 5:30pm EST will be sent the following day, and orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.

What does the package look like? Does it have markings?

 

This package is so plain-looking, you probably won’t know what it is when you get it. 

The order will arrive in either an envelope or box that has no markings on it. The only thing on the box is a shipping label so they know where to send it - our name and address aren't on it.

 

Can I have this delivered somewhere else?

This is a question we get a lot, and the answer is yes. Just put the address of where you want the package sent into the ‘shipping address’ section when you place your order. That could be your work address, your neighbor’s, a PO box, or wherever you want.

Please note: we still need your billing address. Nothing will ever be sent there - we only need it to prevent credit card fraud.

 

How does the order show up on my credit card?

This is another popular question. Don’t worry - we care about your privacy. The charge will be listed on your card with a very different, very generic name.

 

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit cards and PayPal.

You can also send a money order or check to our mailing address. Make sure to include a list of products you want and where we should send them.

 

Is it safe to order on this site?

Absolutely - we use the exact same technology that the major banks use to keep your information secure. It’s as safe as it could possibly be.

In technical terms, we have an SSL certificate with 128-bit encryption and are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant. 

 

Are you going to call me or send me spam?

We hate spam as much as you do and will never send anything other than your order. 

In the rare chance that there’s a problem with your order, we’ll attempt to reach you by email. If you don’t want to give us your home/work email, you should create a new one with Gmail.
